Once orders have been processed, please note that cancellations, refunds or changes to the orders will not be allowed.

However, on the rare occasion that you experience any missing orders or food spillage/damage during delivery, you may Drop by, Call or Whatsapp the Bei Tou outlet that you placed your order with and our team will arrange for replacement as soon as possible.

Please present a copy of your receipt and proof of the mishap when requesting for a replacement.
