1. How do I place an order?

Self Pickup

Select an outlet closest to you
Select items from the outlet menu and Add to Cart
Select the Self-Pickup option
Proceed to payment
Collect orders at your selected Bei Tou outlet within 15-20 minutes time

2. How can I confirm that my online order has been received?

We will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address once your order has been placed and paid.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders for the email as well.

3. What should I do if there are missing items in my order?

On the rare occasion that you experience any missing orders, you may Drop by, Call or Whatsapp the Bei Tou outlet that you placed your order with and our team will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Please present a copy of your receipt and proof of the mishap when requesting for replacement.

4. Is delivery service available all throughout Penang Island and Penang Mainland?

Bei Tou Squid Snack food delivery service is available in selected areas of Penang only. View our Delivery Coverage to see our full list of available delivery areas.

5. What are the operating hours?

Our delivery hours for both outlets are from 11.45am to 8.45pm daily including public holidays.

6. When will my food be ready/arrive?

The estimated time of delivery is within 30 – 45min from payment confirmation.
Self-pickup orders at your selected Bei Tou Squid Snack outlet is estimated to be ready for collection within 15- 20 mins from payment confirmation.

7. Is the Bei Tou Squid Snack online menu the same as the in-store menu?

The food menu are the same for both in-store and online. However, there will be upcoming promotions and special items catered for our online menu, so stay tuned!

8. What are the payment methods available?

We accept the below payment options via bank accounts and cards issued by local banks in Malaysia only:

9. Can I schedule my order in advance?

Yes. You can place orders up to 3 days in advance on the Bei Tou Squid Snack online ordering site. During checkout, select your preferred delivery date and time, proceed to payment and we will deliver your meal to you based on the selected date and time.

10. Can I place an order without creating an account?

You will be required to register an account before checking out. You are able to access all your past orders, use credits and have all your addresses saved all in one place to ease all future orders.
